Dan has the unique ability to be very direct and understanding at the same time.  I have appreciated his insight and factual approach to business which has helped me grow my practice every single year.  It’s one thing to create a plan, but executing that plan is often much harder.  Dan knows how to execute and how to bring that out in others.
